Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using Milli's apps, website, Milli AI, the Milli Elite Card, and related services (the "Services"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, reversal of transactions where permitted, and referral to law enforcement.

1. Financial Crime

You may not use the Services to: - commit or facilitate fraud, including identity theft, synthetic identities, check or ACH fraud, chargeback abuse, or first-party fraud; - launder money, structure transactions to evade reporting requirements, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions; - process transactions for illegal goods or services, or for prohibited businesses under our partners' and the card networks' rules; - misrepresent your income, identity, tax information, or business activity.

2. Unauthorized Access and Security

You may not: - access or attempt to access another person's account, data, or connected financial accounts; - probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach security or authentication measures, except through our responsible disclosure process described in our Security Policy; - introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; - interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks.

3. Misuse of Financial Data

You may not collect, store, use, or disclose financial or personal data obtained through the Services for any purpose other than managing your own finances, and you may not connect financial accounts you are not authorized to access.

Accounts are for a single individual. You may not share login credentials, allow others to use your account, sell or transfer your account, or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

5. Scraping and Automated Access

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Services, extract data, or create accounts, except through interfaces Milli authorizes under the API Terms of Use.

6. Reverse Engineering and Copying

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Services, as described in our Software License Agreement.

7. Misuse of Milli AI

You may not use Milli AI to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; attempt to extract its system instructions, models, or other users' data; or use it to circumvent any safeguard.

8. Harassment and Abuse

You may not harass, threaten, or abuse Milli employees, support staff, or other users.

9. Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws, including tax, consumer protection, privacy, anti-money laundering, and sanctions laws.

10. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to support@drivemilli.com. We investigate reports and may cooperate with law enforcement and regulators as described in our BSA/AML Program Statement.
