Beta Terms & Early Access Agreement

This Beta Terms & Early Access Agreement ("Beta Terms") applies to anyone who participates in a Milli beta, TestFlight, pilot, waitlist preview, or early access program (the "Beta"). The Beta Terms supplement our Terms of Service. If they conflict, these Beta Terms control for Beta features.

1. Nature of the Beta

Milli launches publicly on October 28, 2026. Beta versions are pre-release software that may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, and inaccurate calculations, and may change or be discontinued at any time. Beta features may never be released. Do not rely on Beta software as your only record of income, mileage, expenses, or tax reserves. Keep independent records.

2. Eligibility and Access

Participation is by invitation and at Milli's discretion. Access is personal and non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. Beta access may end at public launch or when the Beta concludes.

3. Data Handling During the Beta

Milli handles Beta data according to our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy, with the same encryption and access controls used in production.
Milli may collect additional diagnostic and usage data to improve the product.
Beta data may be reset, migrated, or deleted. Milli will make reasonable efforts to carry data into your production account at launch, but does not guarantee it.
Money movement and card features may be limited, simulated, or unavailable during the Beta.

4. Confidentiality

Beta features, designs, pricing, and performance information are Milli's confidential information. Do not publicly share screenshots, recordings, or details of unreleased features without Milli's written permission, until Milli makes them public.

5. Feedback

We want your feedback. By submitting feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant Milli a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate them into any product or service without compensation or attribution.

6. No Warranty

THE BETA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MILLI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILLI'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE BETA WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

7. Fees

Beta access is free unless otherwise stated. Any early access pricing offered to Beta participants will be presented clearly before you are charged.

8. Termination

You may leave the Beta at any time by deleting the Beta app and notifying support@drivemilli.com. Sections 4 through 6 survive termination.
